I was gifted a bag of green popcorn recently. I often preach that the first step to health is usually incorporating those dark leafy greens into our diet, but I laughed thinking, “Am I really that obsessed with greens to the point my friends are now buying me GREEN popcorn?” Well, as I sat and chomped my way through the bag I read the short, humble story on the packaging. Forget that the popcorn was chock full of uber-healthy ingredients: organic spirulina, kelp, nutritional yeast and cayenne pepper…there was a story here.
